At Ganga Seed Company, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you receive damaged products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery.

Keep in mind that if the return is not our mistake, you’ll be responsible for the return logistics charges.
Once we receive the return at our store, we’ll initiate the refund process. Your order amount will be refunded to your bank account in the form of credit. Please ensure the product tags are intact when returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Machines, Packets & moving parts that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exceptions to Request
We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse
In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is available
You cannot cancel any item that has been confirmed on your request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward – it depends on whether your order has been shipped or not.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you in canceling the entire order or specific items.
Once your order is shipped, and you still want to cancel it, notify our customer support team. If the product is already out for delivery, simply reject the package and instruct the delivery personnel to return it to us. Upon receiving the package, we’ll process your refund.
Please note that confirmed items cannot be canceled.
Ganga Seed Company holds the right to cancel an order due to quality issues or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will inform you promptly if such a situation arises.
